Let's just revel in this for a moment

It's been a busy couple of days in which Dan and I have seen little of each other. And I am heading West a couple days ahead of him for a trip to see family.

So, being the considerate and romantic wife that I am, I left him a little note on the bathroom mirror.

ALL the relationship gurus say to do cute and unexpected things for your spouse. So I did.

And this is the reaction I got.

I'll give it to him, he said he walked in when the light was out and once he flipped the switch he freaked. It's not like it said "I know what you did last summer."

I guess I'll just stick to writing notes on post-its. Lame and conventional but decidedly un-scary.
